Kathy Asmus is a certified Personal trainer through World Instructor Training Schools (WITS) and has been a personal trainer since September 2006.  She is also a group fitness instructor and has taught classes in strength training, mat Pilates, aqua aerobics, kick boxing and Zumba.   Over the years she has enjoyed participating in sports such as volleyball and softball, and most recently, has done training in martial arts/Krav Maga and plans to continue with the self-defense aspect of the training. 

 

Some of Kathy’s specialties are TRX Suspension Training, Aquatic Arthritis/Senior Fitness (AFPAI), andPrimary Pilates.   Always seeking to increase overall health and fitness, Kathy’s interests are in studying and researching exercises that improve functional fitness.  She enjoys helping clients reach their fitness goals of increased strength, flexibility and weight loss.
